I think the case you have in your project is absolutely fascinating and the damaged Thinker for me is a symbol of the situation of humanities being dismantled, scavenged, taken apart for the raw ressources to be used differently, within overall neoliberal devastation. But it also raises the question, whether “Rodin” as the form the metal has taken for some decades – the form of genius product, individual creativity, personal copyright - is really not a bit overestimated, too.
